It is expected that all clients have read, understood, and agree to these terms and policies. 

Paying a deposit

Once a booking request is made, you will be asked to pay a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferrable* and will count toward the appointment amount.

Reschedules

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our artists and clients, please provide at least 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will ensure that we are able to offer your appointment slot to other clients currently on the waiting list.

We understand that certain circumstances and emergencies are unavoidable, therefore we will allow ONE reschedule and your deposit will be transferred over to your next appointment.

If you fail to provide us at least 48 hour notice of the cancellation/reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be requested to rebook a new appointment. ​A notation will be made on your file and we reserve the right to restrict scheduling for those who cancel in excess.

Refunds

Under no circumstances are refunds provided - especially in the case of tattooing.

Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction with the final result and I am devoted to fulfill your requests to the highest standard.​

Right to Refuse Service

At no time will aggression, threats, abuse, discrimination or derogatory behaviour be tolerated. Please ensure you are fit for service and have followed the preparation instructions for your service. We reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. If you are unfit for service (consumed alcohol in the past 24 hours, are on drugs, visibly sick or suffering from any contagious illnesses or health conditions) you will be asked to reschedule.​

The policies listed are applicable to everyone with no exceptions.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY DEPOSIT OR SERVICE.

Booking Policies

To see if you are qualified for semi-permanent makeup, PLEASE go over our list of important eligibility qualifications that pertain to your health before booking your appointment. Failure to do so will result in refusal of service and non-refundable deposit.
NOT recommended for those who are:
  • Under the age of 18
  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Affected by skin irritations & conditions not limited to, but including eczema, psoriasis, keloid disorder, rashes, sunburns, acne, etc. near the treated areas
  • Diabetic (consult your doctor)
  • Undergoing Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy (consult your doctor)
  • Affected by viral infections and/or diseases
  • Affected by epilepsy
  • Have a pacemaker or major heart issues
  • Had an organ transplant
  • Sick (cold, flu, etc)
  • Affected by glaucoma and /or taking blood thinning medicines
  • Had botox in the past 2 weeks (we recommend doing microblading first)
  • Users of Accutane, antasure and steroids in the past year
  • Under doctor's care/taking medication. Please message us first.
  • Have previous permanent makeup on your eyebrows. If you do, please send us a clear picture of your eyebrows without any makeup for consideration before booking. If you booked without our approval and we are unable to correct your eyebrows, it will result in a loss of your deposit.
